Geremy Davis

Bio

McClintock High School Wide Receivers Coach Geremy Davis brings NFL playing experience and an extensive background at the wide receiver position to the Chargers football program. Davis played college football at UConn, where he established himself as one of the most productive receivers in program history, setting FBS school records in both receptions and receiving yards.

Following his collegiate career, Davis was drafted by the New York Giants and went on to play professionally in the NFL from 2015–2020. During his professional career, he spent time with the New York Giants, Los Angeles Chargers, and Detroit Lions. His experience competing at the highest level of football gives McClintock's receivers the opportunity to learn the details of the position from someone who has experienced what it takes to succeed from high school through Division I college football and into the NFL.

After his playing career, Davis continued his passion for developing wide receivers by creating and operating his own wide receiver training company. Before joining the McClintock staff, he coached the wide receivers at Perry High School. Davis brings an emphasis on route running, releases, technique, preparation, and understanding the details necessary to become a complete receiver. Outside of coaching, he is also the creator of the Golf and Gospel Podcast.

Away from the field, Coach Davis is a proud husband who values family, leadership, and mentorship. He brings his experiences as a professional athlete, trainer, coach, and family man to McClintock with the goal of helping Charger student-athletes develop both as football players and as young men.
