Bio
McClintock High School Recruiting Coordinator and Assistant Defensive Line Coach Noah Dinardo brings a background in college football recruiting and personnel to the Chargers program. A graduate of Northern Arizona University, Dinardo gained experience within the NAU football program working as a Recruiting Assistant and QB/TE Scout, helping evaluate prospective student-athletes and learning the different aspects of the collegiate recruiting process.
Since joining McClintock, Dinardo has taken on a major role in helping Chargers student-athletes gain exposure and build relationships with college football programs. As the school's Recruiting Coordinator, he works to promote McClintock prospects, communicate with college coaches, organize recruiting information, and help players better understand the recruiting process. His recruiting philosophy centers around the belief that "Every Opportunity Matters," with an emphasis on giving each student-athlete the best possible opportunity to continue his football and academic career at the next level.
Dinardo's work can also be seen through his consistent promotion of McClintock's prospects and communication with college programs. He has used player spotlights, film, prospect information, and direct outreach to bring additional attention to Chargers student-athletes while encouraging college coaches to visit McClintock and evaluate players in person.
Along with his recruiting responsibilities, Coach Dinardo serves as an Assistant Defensive Line Coach, allowing him to contribute directly to the development of the Chargers defense. His combination of recruiting experience and on-field coaching gives him the opportunity to help student-athletes develop as football players while also preparing them to navigate the recruiting process and pursue opportunities beyond McClintock.
